All SmartReceipt products are shipped with an installation guide that allows you to quickly and easily install our software. However, if you’d like us to help, we offer installation packages designed to suit your needs.

Over the Phone Support

  • If you feel comfortable installing the software on your own, but would like
    someone to consult with questions, we can talk you through the process over the phone.

Remote Installation

  • SmartReceipt’s technicians will connect to your terminals using a secure remote
    connection tool, install the SmartReceipt software, and ensure that your receipts are printing the way you want them to.

On-Site Installation

  • Leave it all to us! Our technicians will schedule a time to visit your site at your
    convenience, install the SmartReceipt software on your terminals and make sure everything is set up to your specifications.
